All stated prices for holiday flats and comfort rooms are in Euro per apartment and day including taxes and fees (value-added tax, power and heating costs etc.). The exchange into CHF or other currency is effected at the according day’s rate at the point of time of incoming payment in consideration of the allocated bank charges. Services that are not used are not reimbursed. The use of our new wellness area twice a week – vitality oasis with sauna, steam bath, solarium, whirlpool etc. is included in the price. Whirlpool and solarium for a fee. (coin-operated machine)

Reservation:
For reservations (contract of accommodation) the Austrian Regulations for the Hotel Industry of the association of accommodation facilities (15. November 2006) apply. If the prices of the reservation confirmation differ, the mentioned prices as per offer apply.

Cancellation:
Cancellations are only valid if in written form. The Regulations of the Hotel Industry apply. For short-term cancellations (30 days before arrival, if we are not able to rent the flat again) as well as for early departure we charge the whole price for the entire duration of the stay. If you cancel not later than 3 months before arrival we keep your advance payment as service charge and for expenses.

Cancellation plus:
More than just a cancellation protection (without participation) for your holidays in Austria. This insurance package of the European travel insurance agency also contains curtailment of travel, additional charges for late arrivals or a involuntary holiday extension as well as search and rescue costs. Valid for a journey of not more than 31 days.

Advance payment:
Obligatory reservations require an advance payment of Euro 200,- per holiday flat to our bank account. After incoming payment you get a binding reservation confirmation.

Check-in and check-out:
On arrival day your room is available from 5 pm. If you arrive later than 8 pm please leave us a message. On departure day we kindly ask you to leave the holiday flat and rooms not later than 10 am.

Payment:
In cash, online payment to our bank account.
Please understand that you cannot pay by credit card as we don’t have a credit card system.
