Reservation:
We kindly ask you to transfer an advance payment of € 200 per apartment (free of costs) to Family Lechner’s account within 14 days after reservation. You can find our bank data in our General terms and conditions.
If you like to give us your credit card number (VISA or MasterCard) as well as the validity date we will take the liberty to debit the amount from your account. From this point of time the reservation is valid.
Cancellation:
No reimbursement if you cancel your reservation. On delayed arrival or early departure we will charge the price for the arranged period of time. The regulations of the Austrian hotel regulations apply.
Travel cancellation insurance:
On request, we will accord you the detailed offer of our partner Allianz Elementar.
